Who are F&T?
A highly respected, independent, progressive, multi-disciplinary practice of chartered building surveyors and architects. Established in 1929, we have almost 100 years of exceptional expertise to draw on.
Our total commitment to our clients means that we care about the detail every bit as much as they do, with a Director or Associate fully involved from start to completion.
From providing expert, professional advice to successfully completing a project, we take an enormous pride in building strong relationships with every client we work with, both large and small.

Leadership Team
Andy joined in May 2015 as a Chartered Building Surveyor, he was promoted in 2019 to an Associate and in April 2024 Andy was promoted to Director. Beyond Andy’s Associate duties which involve predominantly dealing with marketing and business development.
he works closely with our clients, managing building projects and professional services. Andy is also involved in mentoring in-house APC candidates. Alongside our Admin team, Andy is also responsible for organising all our in house social, charity and client events.
